You are allowed 2 hours prior to event time to setup & 1 hour after event time to clean up at no charge.
The Metro Room $135 First 2 hours & $35/each additional hour
The Board Room $35 under 2 hours & $10/each additional hour
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Upon signing contract, render a refundable security deposit of $100.00 to be returned only when premises have been cleaned and inspected for damages. Deposits will be refunded in person on the Tuesday-Friday after your event between the hours of 10am-3pm.
Renter agrees to pay rental rates as shown:
The Metro Room $135.00 First 2 hours & $35 each additional hour: seats 65 banquet style The Board Room- $ 35.00 First 2 hours & $10 each additional hour: seats 15 banquet style You may pay these rental amounts with cash, check or money order. Any check that is returned is subject to a $35 return check fee.
Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to your event. If not cancelled within this time period, your deposit will not be refunded.
Renter must leave building as it was when rented. If you plan to have food, ALL trash must be taken to the outside trash dumpster prior to leaving the building. If any food is left in the inside trash cans, half of the deposit will be kept.
Leave tables in closet & chairs stacked and put into their proper place along the wall, check restrooms, parking lot, sweep/mop any spills on the floor (use clear water only) and dump all trash.
Renter is responsible for their own liability and physical insurance for the event. Renter understands that The Metro will not be liable for damages to any person, physical injury or personal property of renter or guest. The renter is responsible for their guest behavior.
Children are not to be left unattended in the front entrance, party area or in the bathrooms.
The building must be free of all alcohol by midnight. Tyler Metro is not liable for any accidents involving alcohol while on premises or after you leave the premises. Please be sure to remove all alcohol from the building by MIDNIGHT
Parking lot must be checked and all trash picked up and put in trash dumpster. If trash is left on parking lot, half of the deposit will be kept.
The Metro has 72 chairs, 5-6ft tables, 8-round tables for renter's use. Any damage to tables, chairs, or walls will require the forfeit of your $100.00 deposit.
A 65" Smart TV is available for use at $25.00 per event....non-refundable, and any damage to TV or the remote will forfeit your $100.00 deposit
Our office hours are Tuesday- Friday 10:00 am to 3 pm. You will need a key to enter the building, so please be sure to pick up the key during our office hours on the day before the event, as we are CLOSED on weekends.
